Return & Refund Policy for Saree Products

We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your saree purchase, please review the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sarees purchased during clearance sales, festive offers, or special discounts
  • Customized or altered sarees (e.g., fall/pico done, blouse stitching)
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order details to:

  • After verification, a replacement or full refund will be processed.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email your request with:
  • Order details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images (if applicable)
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • The product must be shipped back within the given timeline.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or as agreed.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

8. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences; these are not considered defects.
  • Handwoven or handcrafted sarees may have minor irregularities, which are part of their natural charm.
